Properties and applications: TBzTD is a safe secondary accelerator, it has been developed to repalce thiurams such as TMTD and TDTD,it won’t produce N- nitroso dibenzyl amine during processing(nitrosamine is carcinogenic).TBzTD is a fast curing primary or secondary accelerator in NR,SBR and NBR applications.In modified CR,TBzTD is a retarder when used with ETU.Compared with TMTD,TBzTD is safer processing and has longer scorch time.
